As vaccines are developed, my scientific mind attempts to review the real story amid theoretical claims and the probability of success.

There is no safety net and we just need to step off the rope, ground ourselves and wait.

Our population is not willing to make the effort, proving over and over again, that short-term desires undermine long-term necessities

At the end of the day, the answer is in our hands and in our ability to just stop, pause and be still.
